In 2016, Mark began building the very last V8 Challenger casting kit from Cole’s.  Over the course of a year, Mark corrected the supplied prints and carefully machined all of the required components.  Throughout the build, the design was modified per Mark’s taste, and the entire assembly was documented in CAD.  Building this engine gave Mark the insight and confidence to embark on a scratch built V8.  Axis Engines may never have started without this important milestone.
